At AnkurKapoor.in, we strive to provide you with premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
A return will be accepted only after proper quality checks by our team.
All accepted returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges are permitted only for:
Products with manufacturing defects, or
Items that are incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, the product must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.
If the desired replacement is unavailable in stock, a store credit will be issued in place of a direct exchange.
Products purchased on sale, discounts, or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom-made, personalized, or altered items are strictly non-returnable.
Any item showing signs of wear and tear, damage, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. However, the product can be returned (subject to eligibility) in exchange for store credit.
Email us at support@ankurkapoor.in with your Order Number, details of the product, and reason for return or exchange.
Attach clear images of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
Our support team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
All returns and exchanges are subject to final inspection by our quality control team.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days after the product is received and approved.
Bulk orders (5 or more items) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
